Application Process:

Coverage:

2 coats Cool Guard + 2 coats CoolTops + 1 Coat Transeal: 

• CoolGuard Base Coat (Powder form material mixed with 2:2.5 water dilution (2kg: 2.5Lt Water)
• Every 2Kg: 180-220 sft coverage

Per CoolTops Eco coat – 20% dilution 

• 20kg – 2000sft ( per 2 coats – 1000 sft)
• 5kg – 500sft (per 2 coats – 250 sft)

Per Transeal Top coat – NO dilution

• 20kg – 2400 sft
• 5kg – 600 sft (per 2 coats – 250 sft)

So for a 1000sft roof you will require 25Kg (20kg (10 packs of 2kg) CoolGuard + 20Kg CoolTops + around 10Kg Transeal).

Method:

1. Clean Substrate – Remove Dust, Dirt, algae and Protrusions using chisel, Hammer, Water Spray and Mop.
2. Apply a Base coat of Cool guard – Every 2Kg- 2.5Lt Water: 180-220 sft coverage
3. Apply 2nd Base coat of Cool Gaurd – Every 2Kg- 2.5Lt Water: 180-220 sft coverage
4. Apply in cross coat/ Perpendicular to give good hiding
5. Apply 1st Coat of Cooltops: Dilute CoolTop 1kg paint with 200ml Water (20Kg:4Lt) Coverage: 100sft/ kg  (Apply in the perpendicular direction)
6. Apply 2nd Coat of Cooltops: Dilute CoolTop 1kg paint with 200ml Water (20Kg:4Lt) Coverage: 100sft/ kg
7. (Apply in perpendicular direction)
8. 4) Apply Top Coat of Transeal (Undiluted): Apply final coat of transeal using spray or roller brush.
9. Allow 2Hr Curing between each coat.
