Application Process:
Coverage:
Primer + 2 coat system: Primer (CoolTops Eco with 40% dilution)
- 20kg – 4000sft primer
- 5kg 1000sft primer
Per CoolTops Eco coat 20% dilution
- 20kg – 2000sft ( per 2 coats – 1000 sft)
- 5kg – 500sft (per 2 coats – 250 sft)
- So for a 1000sft roof you will require 25Kg (20kg + 5 Kg Bucket).
Method:
- Clean Substrate – Remove Dust, Dirt, algae and Protrusions using chisel, Hammer, Water Spray and Mop.
- Apply Primer Coat: dilute CT Eco 1kg Paint with 400ml Water (20kg:8Lt)
Coverage: 200sft/kg - Apply 1st Coat: Dilute CT Eco 1kg paint with 200ml Water (20Kg:4Lt)
Coverage: 100sft/ kg - Apply 2nd Coat: Apply 2nd coat – same dilution in 90° angle to cross coat.
- Allow 2Hr Curing between each coat.
