Application Process:

Coverage:

Primer + 2 coat system: 

Primer (Asphalt Prime with 40% dilution)

• 20kg – 2000sft primer
• 5kg 500sft primer

Per CoolTops Xpress coat 20% dilution 

• 20kg – 1000sft (per 2 coats – 1000 sft)
• 5kg – 250sft (per 2 coats – 250 sft)
• So for a 1000sft roof you will require 25Kg (20kg + 5 Kg Bucket).

Method:

1. Clean Substrate – Remove Dust, Dirt, algae and Protrusions using chisel, Hammer, Water Spray and Mop.
2. Apply Primer Coat: Directly apply Asphalt Prime on the cleaned surface. See to it that the surface is not very hot and dry.
3. Apply 1st Coat: Dilute CT Xpress 1kg paint with 200ml Water (20Kg:4Lt) Coverage: 100sft/ kg
4. Apply 2nd Coat: Apply 2nd coat – same dilution in 90° angle to cross coat.

Allow 2Hr Curing between each coat.
